Hotel Kowsar locating on Zayandeh-rud, near Si-o-Se bridge has founded in 1967 in 10700 s.q.m area. At first, this hotel was opened with 130 room under the name of Sheraton hotel, but the name of hotel has been changed to Koorosh hotel after 1 year under control of Sheraton hotels group.

By Islamic revolution the name changed to Kowsar and later on preliminary renovation and quality development is started and the hotel capacity increased to 170 room and suite. By the way on 2014, in new development phase the quantity of rooms increased to 194 room and suites.

This hotel having two meeting rooms and a catering saloon, modern sport complex and 5 various restaurants is one of the best hotel in Iran.

Hotel Kowsar consist of single, twin and double rooms and also normal, royal and duplex suites.
